Great staff took care of us, but wi-fi was a bit unreliable.

Our stay was quite disappointing. The room was filthy, causing severe allergy symptoms for both me and my partner. Pillow covers had dark stains, and we were disturbed by loud noises from the water pipes at all hours. To make matters worse, we experienced a brief power outage during the night, adding to our discomfort.

I spent 4 nights at the Ambience Hotel and really enjoyed my time there. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the small touches like free snacks and a clean bathroom. Breakfast had a great selection with both local and Western options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even surprised me with little gifts when I left the hotel, which made the experience extra special. On the downside, the nearest subway stations were a bit far, about 3/4 of a mile, which made it less convenient for getting around. Despite that, the location had great restaurants nearby. I would happily return to this hotel on my next trip to Taipei.

The walls were thin enough that sounds from neighboring rooms could be clearly heard, and a faint cigarette smell lingered, suggesting past indoor smoking. Additionally, the nearest subway stations were about 3/4 of a mile away, which may require more walking than some might prefer.

Friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. Some noise from the main road can be distracting. Great location near restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Perfect for catching live sports events nearby.

Request a corner room for a quieter experience. it’s worth it for the extra tranquility in the heart of Taipei.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my weekend strolls even more enjoyable as they guided me to nearby attractions like the Huashan 1914 Creative Park, which is just over a kilometer away, perfect for a leisurely walk, and I loved that there are numerous restaurants just a few steps from the hotel, making dining convenient after a day of exploring.

I had an awesome stay with my friends! We visited the Shilin Night Market and enjoyed some amazing foot massages. The breakfast had a great variety of healthy options and truly delicious local dishes. The rooms were super clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Definitely a good spot to relax with friends.

One downside was the lack of a view from our room, but it was still comfortable and clean.
